Adds a new, craftable assassin arrow - uinder the MISC category; black & glowing red retexture of the Dawnguard dragonbone arrow and quiver; modified stats. -Dawnguard required-
Arrow ignores normal resistance with 34.5 base damage plus a silent explosion of absorb health (25) over 5 seconds. Has a chance of knocking down NPCs. While it's powerful, it is not a one shot-one kill (well, not always).
If you'd rather not gather the materials & craft them, just drop into console & help "assassin arrow" (with the quotes) to get the item code.
Use NexusModManager to install/uninstall

Extract assassinarrow.esp & assassinarrow.bsa to your Skyrim\Data directory and check to activate in data files
Delete assassinarrow.esp & assassinarrow.bsa from your Skyrim\Data dirtectory to uninstall
Plugin has been checked with TESEdit 3.0.26
Should be fine anywhere in your load order.
