A cool Player house near riverwood with a ROOF GARDEN and a basement with POOL

This mod adds a new player home called \'Riverside\' to the game. You can find it near riverwood, there\'s also a map marker in front of it
Riverside is a nice, sweet house for part-time adventurers with
- mannequins
- Beds
- Chests
- Places to relax
- a ROOF GARDEN

added an underground arena and a small change on the roof

Please note that versions without the arena will no longer have more content added or bugs fixed.

- doubled mannequins in the basement (fixed)
