This is 2 mods in 1. The first is a Teleportation Mod featuring:

The second is the Breezehome Expanded Basement location which contains
the spell book for teleporting. The Expanded Basement has everything you need including:
- Complete crafting area containing forge, smelter, workbench,
grinding wheel, tanning rack, wood chopping block
- Alchemy and Enchanting Tables
- Cave with every type of minable ores
- 40 Mannequins - Selectable 4 Types
- 44 Wall Mounted Custom Display Cases
- 120 Weapon Racks
- 21 Weapon Placks
- 26 Shield Posts
- 45 Chests
- 8 Bookshelves Holding 352 Books Total
- Bedroom for resting
- Standing Stones

The Basement has 2 points of entry. The first is through Breezehome under the stairs
and yes it is compatible with Dovahkiin Hideout and Dovahkiin Hideout: Compact Mods.
The second is an external entryway behind the Whiterun Stables up against the wall behind a rock.

You get to pick one of four types of mannequins in the files section. Only choose one.
*** MAKE SURE YOU INSTALL AT LEAST ONE OF THESE ALONG WITH THE MAIN FILE ***
You can have your mannequins all be female, male, khajiit or wooden.
Note: The Hearthfire mannequins are not effected or changed.
The female and male mannequins will either be wearing underwear or be nude depending
on what you have installed for your people. No extra files needed.

The display cases are replaced with a cleaner version with cleaner glass and blue velvet.
Now you can see what's in there.

The Teleport Settings menu will allow you to set options for whether you can teleport
while in combat, while in jail or if you haven't discovered the location yet.
You also get to select the speed at which you teleport. Instant or normal time passage.
Instant is good if your a vampire and your trying to stay out of the sun. Normal seems
to work better for followers. They will stay with you.

There are 10 Mark and Recall locations in the Teleport menu where you simply cast the spell
to mark your location then when you want to go back there you just recall that location.

Requires:
Dawnguard. There are a bunch of teleport locations that use Dawnguard.
This was made for Dawnguard therefore it requires it. Sorry.

Oddities:
Sometimes when teleporting to people you might end up in a bad place like outside
the geometry of the cell. Just retry or wait for the person to move.

A lot of items in the Breezehome Expanded Basement you can't pick up.
I didn't want it to be a grab and go mod where you load it up just for the loot.
You don't need to clear the shelves for your own loot because there are already
lots of areas for you to store and display your stuff.
