1 hour ago i just thought...hmm...why the hell isnt there any Spell with which i can paralyse my Victims for like...ehm...FOREVER???
So....1 Hour and one 11min tutorial Video on Youtube later, i can proudly present (my first mod/spell whatever)

"Paralyze This"
Do you want to paralyze your Victims not for just 1 minute? Do you want to lay them down forever?
So this is just what youre searching for!!
Paralyze This is the first Spell with which you can Paralyze your Opponents to hell!!
Paralyze this, Paralyze that, paralyze all you want, and whereever you want, this ultimate Spell gives you all what you need for that !!

10 Days later --->

The Spell is priceless and costs 0 mana to cast.
The Casting time is set to 0 so you can spam it until your finger drops off your hand.
Simple adding by opening the console, type in "Paralyze This" or "Paralyze" or just "This", watch out for the book, add it by typing player.additem XX(ID) and tada there you got it.
Spell can be found at the "alteration" section
Spell ID = 8A000D65
Spell Tome ID = 8A000D67
Learn it, use it, and have fun with touch down your opponents on the ground forever with that awesome Spell,................or............just sell it.....its worth 5000 Septims.....^^

Instalation:
- Download it
- put the esp file into your Skyrim Data folder
- enable the esp file (Paralyze This) at the Skyrim Launcher -> Data Files section
- Play the game
