EDIT - Guards was Gauntels Version 1.1
Did a quick clean of the mod, thanks to Madcat221 for directing me to the cleaning tool

Gives guards in towns, gauntlets! (stormcloak guantlets) that match the rest
of their outfit. This mod goes great with -
Stormcloaks with Sleeves - http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/25868
Now guards look a bit formidable and protected against cold weather.
Note - Guards do not get gauntlets straight away if your standing in the
city when you first activate this mod, use a clean save or wait a few days
ingame.
