Changes the \'Twin Souls\' Perk For My \'Thrall Master\' Perk, Giving you unlimited summons for a practically unlimited time, or until death.

This is my first mod and so i hope you like it and i hope i uploaded it correctly and that you have no problems with it.
So what this does is replace the ''Twin Souls' Perk for My 'Thrall Master' Perk.
It allows you to Summon how ever many summons for Practically Unlimited Time or Until Death.
Issues.
It will change all spells that have time effects on them, thou was only ment to change conjuration spells.
I dont know how to resolve this so any help or advice would be nice.
Bugs.
I haven\'t come across any to date, but if you do let me know.
All rights to this mod are mine and so you are not to upload or change anything i have done here, if there are changes you would like me to make then let me know and i will try do that myself.
