Remake of http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/8699 with permission from uploader, Added Unlimited charge: WARNING: Untested MAY NOT WORK

I cant test it personaly because im using several mods with scripts that change the ways enchanting works and im to lazy to hunt thru the Skyrim folder and delete every lose script and mod that NMM decided not to delete.
