It is a circlet. With 100% mana regen. Like the mask of Morokei. It is clothing thou not light armor.

It is a circlet. With 100% magic regen. Like the mask of Morokei. It is clothing thou not light armor.
I made it, because I couldn't get the mask and Archmage robes to work correctly. There is 2 of them 1 is on the desk in The Arcanaeum. This one is for people that wants it the easy way. The other is for people that wants to fight for it.
The other one is in the chest to the left of the mist ghost you fight in the Labyrinthian. Not to far from where you would get the mask anyways. While going thru there you fight the mist and there is a bunch of coffins on the wall. The chest is to the left of these coffins. If you go thru the door that you need frost to get thru. You have have went to far. Turn around and just run straight and you will see the chest.

In the new one the circlet is on top of that chest. When it was inside of it. It added it to every chest like that one. Just copy this one over the other one.
