You can choose which esp to activate according to the features you want.
-Hail Dark Brotherhood - Dawnstar Sanctuary door camouflage.esp :
The Dawnstar Sanctuary door now only reveals herself to members of The Dark Brotherhood.
-Hail Dark Brotherhood - Dawnstar Sanctuary trapdoor camouflage.esp :
The Dawnstar Sanctuary trapdoor now only reveals herself to members of The Dark Brotherhood.

Adds bone decorations to the sanctuary.

The torture victims only moan when you hurt them.
