No perks have been added to any trees other than Smithing, Alchemy, Enchanting and Heavy Armour, leaving you the choice of whether you want to be warrior mage, assassin, warrior etc.
Inventory contains all the ingredients necessary to create your armour/weapons, smithing and enchanting potions. Inventory space is also increased and has 1,000,000 septims.
