Her name is Kaliah.

So far what she has done. She has escaped helgan. Went to the jarl of whiterun and did the

dragonstone quest. She then came back and the jarl instructed her to go kill the dragon at the

watchtower. And currently that is all she has done and is sitting right in whiterun
