A simple yet more realistic hunting fix

A simple and effective Mod for fixing the hunting system in skyrim. All too often the hunting mods that come out seem to go over the top or worse yet, not do enough. It is with that in mind that I made this mod originally for myself and now to share with the Nexus. I have rebalanced the hunter's economy towards a realistic reflection of Skyrim, introduced advanced forgable arrows, Changed the Leather recipe to require a tanning mixture to be more realistic, and finally wrote a guide book (purchased from any blacksmith) to explain it all!

Weight Modifications:
-Leather Strips = to .25 (1/4 of the weight of leather)
-Leather = to 1 (for a more realistic pelt-leather ratio)
-All bear pelts = 4
-Cow Hide = 3
-Fox Pelt = 1 (because a half pound of hide shouldnt make a pound fo leather)
-Horse Hide = 3
-Sabre Cat = 4 (because they are massive)

Price Modifications:
All values calculated based upon a 60% cost of supply from a 60% cost of manufacture off of a 209% (averaged) merchant mark up
-Leather = $15
-Leather strips = $4 (leather/ leather strips recieved a mark up multiplier of 1.1 [averaged from price gap] for labor costs)
-Bear Pelt = $52
-Cave Bear Pelt = $62
-Snow Bear Pelt = $79
-Horse Hide = $16
-Ice Wolf Pelt = $16
-Sabre Cat Pelt = $27
-Sabre Cat Snow Pelt = $65

New Armor Requirements:
Calculated up from price of supply to be economically feasible
-Hide Boots = 1 leather, 2 strips
-Hide Shield = 2 leather, 2 strips
-Leather Cuirass = 7 leather, 5 strips
-Leather Bracers = 2 leather, 2 strips
-Leather Helmet = 3 leather, 3 strips

V1.2
-Modified recipe for Leather to include tanning mixture
-Deleted the ability to create fine Leather
-Modified ability to forge arrows to require advanced armors perk and produce 40 arrows

V1.0
-All listed modifications
-Book, "A Hunters Guide to Sales"
-Item, Tanning Mix
-Ability to create Fine Tanned Leather
-Ability to Forge Arrows
