She can be found wandering the Solitude docks. Scarlette levels with you.
Compatible with UFO and other multiple follower mods.
Requires Apachii Sky Hair. Bella's Better Females is a mod that you will need to get her to look like the screenshots, please don't complain in the comments that she doesn't look the same, try downloading that mod first. Place the .esp and the .bsa in your data folder, if your not using NMM.
