11 not too overpowered entchantments for the barbarian player

What this mod do.
Adds a ring "Ring of the Barbarian" to the game that can be crafted for 1000 Gold at any Forge.
It can be considered a Cheat/God item due to those many entchantments.
My intention was to create a single item that make me feel like a Barbarian Brute without entchanting or tempering any type of gear.
(or just use the Bound Vanilla Weapons more effectively)
The Ring uses the "Ring of Namira" model and adds the following 11 enchantments:
Reduce Shout time like amulett of Talos (20 %)
100 % Disease Resistance
200 % Regenerate Health/Stamina
300 + Carry Weight
300 % Marksman/Onehanded/Twohanded (at level 100 and 4/5 damage buff each of the corresponding weapon types, daedric weapons, do: 1h ~150, 2h ~250, bow: ~230)
100 + Unarmed Damage (brawl kill cam ftw)
100 % Light Armor
100 + Armor in general
put file to data folder of Skyrim
