this mod adds mods to the skill trees, making many of them very good, mainly making the perks 2 times to 4 times to 6 times to 8 times stronger, not god modding for most of them.

also, the mods are not very godmoddy, so dont worry to much.
do not have both "unlimited enchantment effects" and "upgraded enchanting on at the same time.
