This mod puts a new entrance to Whiterun, Windhelm, Riften and Markarth. I did this because sometimes I have bounties on me and need to get in a city but the ways in are guarded. This puts "secret" entrances that are not guarded so you can get in to the city (and out) without being seen. I did not include one for Solitude because it has one already.

I made the entrances somewhat hidden but not too bad. They are harder to find in the city then they are outside of the city.

I apologize if someone else has made a mod like this. I looked around and didn't find one so I went ahead and made it.

I have an optional file that adds map markers to the entrances outside the cities.
