Adds an estate or large home (whatever you take of it :) to the rift, relatively close to riften really. The home itself is actually a no load door home. Its not perfect at the moment... However keep in mind that everything was hand placed by a rookie (not a pro) and this IS my second home mod. I have no idea why I decided on a no load door home, just liked the thought of it I guess. I hope you enjoy this mod as much as I did making it. I am open to suggestions and ideas on improving it.

- Added a balcony of some sort which combat can be practiced on. Training dummies stand for you to smash them !!!! With whatever you want

- Ironed out some of the horrible walls, they were overlapping
