About this mod
This is a mod that i made that let\'s you have a home with a merchant in it.

this is my first mod ever and i think i did a very good job it took me a while to do. Tell me if there are any bugs and i will tell you..
The House is in the Riverwood area
it has everything you would need it has an alchemy table, workbench, grinder, blacksmiths forge and a merchant.
The merchants name is Kotaro, just a random name i found.He is in the house from 8am to about 8pm, if he is not there at 8am just go outside wait an hour or two and go back in and hopefully he will be in there.
You do not need Dawnguard for this DO NOT BRING COMPANION IN YOU WIL GET STUCK IN DOOR

INSTALL

Just simply drag the esp file in the Skyrim Data directory...
then tick it in nexus mod manager or normal skyrim data files
