Im new to modding but decided to add this small basic house mod to nexus, hope You like it. its right outside whiterun southwest of stables. Has its own map Marker and is follower friendly.
(*there is a glich with the weapon racks and display cases not letting you retrieve weapons will try to find fix/ they also make your weapons stolen
* some random containers make your item stolen will try to fix this also)
+ im pretty sure i fixed the storage in version 2 waited 30 in game days and they didnt change to stolen, the weapon racks and displays i couldnt fix the bug but you can remove the weapons by adding another and they wont appear stolen pls leave comment if its different for you. thanks

-MasterBedroom
