Getting the disclaimer out of the way - I do not own Prototype or Skyrim; they belong to Activision and Bethesda respectively.
Version 1.3 and beyond makes the jacket add a spell and perk when equipped; the perk is hidden, and dampens fall damage you take (in the spirit of Alex's... Alexyness) It still won't save you from jumping off the Empire State Building, but you'll survive a lot more than you used to.
However, it seems that jackets you had before this upgrade won't have the perk; you'll need to go back to Radiant Raiment and buy another.
This mod adds Alex Mercer's outfit to Radiant Raiment. It's a recolor of the Mourner Clothes, hide bracers, boots, and mage hood. The main piece comes in two versions, one having a pretty decent enchantment to it, but the rest are unenchanted.
This was a very quick recolor of mine; honestly, it's not the best quality. The only tools I have available to me are an online image editor and my rough skills, so yeah. If you felt like running around Skyrim as a man-eating virusmonster, hopefully this mod can take you a step closer to the mark.
