Adds a tower home in the Falkeath hold by the lake. Has Cooking, Alchemy and Enchanting in the tower, while the Tanning Rack, Workbench and Grindwheel are on a deck, and the Forge Chopping block and Smelter are near the bottom of the stairs leading to the tower entrance. Has severel non- respawning containers.
UPDATE- Added 4 specific storage containers for crafting stations.
