HBE - Dawnguard Compatibility Patch
Made small compatibility patch for thous who could not craft crossbows and bolts using HBE crafting system.
Steel bolts and crossbows require steel weapon crafting schematics.
Dwarven bolts and crossbows require dwarven weapon crafting schematics.
Dragonbone weapons requires no schematics to craft, you can craft them when you get master smith perk.

v1.100 - Fixed problem with enchanted bolt crafting.
