Werewolf named Kraay, it speaks, it has a dunmer voice. It's friendly too!
It's in Falkreath, Dead Man's Drink inn.
If it does not appear and you're fine with using the cheat console just type in "Help Kraay" and the code will appear and you can summon him.

I used Skyrim NPC editor, because I'm a newbie with this kind of stuff.

I'd love to move this guy to a new location and I will when possible.

The first thing I plan on working on is the attack glitch, then I plan on moving him to an entirely new location (I will keep a seperate file if you'd like him to be at Falkreath still.) and I'll work my way from there =)
