first, you need to download D3d9.dll or Injector from ENBseries website(Version 119!!!):

----------Don't use my Personal Preset at first! This Preset is highly unplayable!---------



1. There are total of three presets for you to use;
a. Core: The base file. It has medium settings for everything; so it takes a moderate amount of Framerate.
b. Cameraman's ENB: It has the highest Graphic Settings, and it also takes the most Framerates. Not recommended for Medium-ranged or lower PCs.
c. For Low-Ends: Literally, For Low-End PCs. It takes very little Framerate; My current preset.



2. You can customize the ENB in Options folder. You can change values of:
a. Letterbox/Vignette
b. Saturation
c. SSAO style/amount




After putting them into your folder, go to "My documents->My Games->Skyrim->Skyrimprefs.ini". Open Skyrimprefs.ini with Notepad. In Skyrimprefs.ini, look for "bFloatPointRenderTarget=0". If there aren't any, make one. Change the value to "bFloatPointRenderTarget=1"


Run the game. Activation is done by "Shift+F12"
