I moved the activation box for Maul, so you can walk past him and not have him start talking to you. if you want to talk to him just move up in front of him and he'll start talking like normal.
Manual installation Extract the esp and drop it in the Skyrim data folder.
NMM installation Download it to the manager and check the box next to it.
