This are my personal settings for ENB v.1.13 and Realistic Lighting Mod Settings.
This settings were aimed to improve Vanilla Skyrim with the use of ENB and RLWC but staying loyal to Skyrim's Vanilla Atmosphere.

ENB INSTALLATION

Since I'm not allowed to include the .DLL from ENB, you will have to download it from the Author's site.

- Download the D3D9.dll file from the official site, version 1.13 (enbdev.com)

- Extract everything from my file Enb_settings.rar and copy all the files into your Skyrim folder (root folder, not data).
You should have the following:

d3d9.dll

REALISTIC LIGHTING INSTALLATION

- Extract all the files from Realistic_lighting.rar into your Skyrim/Data folder
realistic lighting patcher.esp
realistic lighting patcher.jar
realistic lighting.esp
realisticlighting.ini

I'd advice to put this files first in your Skyrim load order, right after Skyrim's master files.

INSTALLATION OF OPTIONAL FOG/TERRAIN/WATER FIX FILES
Extract everything from Optional_fog_lod_water_tweaks.rar into your Skyrim/Data folder.
What this files do, is to fix the water looking too white/bright, same with the fog, I made it look thinner so it wouldn't feel like a there's grey curtain of dust blocking your way.
Also there's a fix for the snowflakes and some other water types, like water wheels, waterfalls, etc.
