This home is intended as player base, it can be found near solitude gate, just go straight follow the road from the gate and head to the mountain on the right side and keep walking until you found the gate or see on images.
Note:
-To open the entrance door, u must shoot the right eye of nordic statue at front door
-do not start a fight in santuary unless u have plenty memory
-if you have a hard time to find your companion, use detect life spell
-back entrance door use same mechanism as the front door
-companion only use furniture on the same floor, so if you want your companion wandering on upper floor try dismiss him/her on that floor (unless you know a way how to work it around)
-some ore vein configured to give plenty ore
-You can safely store your item in chest, and costum container. I used player house chest so if you use "Automatic Item Storage by Manilla Turtle, skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/12468", every safe containers in this house are automatic
-If the house is too gray, you can brighten it up with "sexy solitude, skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/12308"
