A hot spring pool carved out of solid magical [probably] rock and home for you and companions to relax in.
This mod was designed to be lore-friendly and detailed, it's not overpowered and it is not a fortress.
There are some skill books, weapons and even some Synpathy Specials, but you don't have to use them if you don't want to, sell them for some mead coin.
