I don't know how to make standalone items, but heres two different uniforms to wear regardless, batteries and exessories sold seperatley. This is a shrouded armor replacer, only the top and pants have been modded.

Instalation: place " dbarmor_male_torso " into SKYRIM/data/ textures/ armor/ dbarmor.
For the grey version remove the blue version and rename the grey version " dbarmor_male_torso ".
