Has every amenity you need in the house and in the basement there is a modest bar, smithing area, study, hidden cellar, two followers Outside across and under the bridge there is a small adventure in a cave involving a blades patrol lost in a sinkhole. Outside there is a sitting area, chicken coup,

The chicken coup is on the side of the house.

It may sound small and cluttered but it's really quite homely
In the cottage you have:
8 weapon racks
2 shield racks
enchanting and alchemy tables
anvil, sharpener, workbench
tanning rack upstairs
plenty of storage, fireplace
In the basement you have:
8 mannequins
7 weapons display racks
20 weapon racks
Bar and barkeep
2 followers
A blacksmith who is also a follower
bard and merchant
hidden cellar and unique wine, mead, and moonshine (the key to the mead in hidden in the wine racks)
enchanting and alchemy tables
