VERSION 2.0 IS OUT! This version is much better because it allows you to give her what YOU want her to were and also I have made her a level 1 so she can level up with you instead of her being a level 81 like she was in Version 1.0.

You will find Emily located in Jorrvaskr in Whiterun, When you enter Jorrvaskr you should see Emily across the other side of the room to the left a little sitting on a bench.

Emily's Inventory

When you first recruit Emily as a follower she will be wearing Daedric Armor with no helmet, as seen in the picture and will have equipped 2 Daedric Daggers.
