I made a mistake and thought another mod wasn't working. It was though. The thing I didn't realize is that certain items have their descriptions set. They won't change just by changing the numbers, you have to rewrite them to reflect the new values.
I only noticed this when I was nearly done. So after the work, I'm releasing it. Some things weren't done because I find them a waste of time (specifically the Mage's Circlet, Tsun's Battleaxe, Lunar weapons since they're broken.) Others are already dealt with in another mod I'm using (Nightingale armor set in the Karliah and Nightingale hall mod.)
Also a change is that I switched Chillrend and the Nightingale Blade to be daggers. Personal preference.
This is a bit clunky. The weaker versions will no longer exist, all of them are just changed to be identical to the highest level version of the weapons.
