I'm playing a run through of a prejudice Dark Elf that only runs with his own kind. So, I wanted my housecarls to be of the same race.

This mod changes all 5 housecarls to Dark Elves, and tweaks their appearance. Also changed the appearance of Avrusa_Sarethi. I also changed Argis to be a 2H user, Calder to be a ranger, and Jordis to be an Assassin.

Update : Forgot to add the textures to the first file. Added in new file. Changed Lydia.

1. Put MY_Changes.esp & the meshes folder in your Skyrim Data folder. (DEFAULT ... : C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\skyrim\Data).
1a. The 6 pictures are just pictures of the changed characters from the Creation Kit. The Readme is just a readme. Nothing needs to be done with them.
2. Go to your Skyrim Play menu, and select "Data Files", tick the My_Changes.esp box

** IMPORTANT - Be sure to have it set to load AFTER any companion changing mod (such as UFO) in your load list.

Not compatible with mods that change any of the housecarls.
I don't have Dawnguard, and am not sure what the compatibility with it would be.
Also - I have no idea if or how the NMM button works. I only manually add files, and don't use it myself.
