I looted the Targe and was unhappy I couldn't enchant the thing. So I made it enchantable!. I left intact its original enchantment and wording. Just enchant the targe with what you want and have fun. It wont acutally list the enchantments on it stats page(If anyone can help me figure out how to list enchantments besides it original) but they are there.
