As the name suggests. Female underwear more leather-like, brownish, less bright.

Female Underwear Retex
This is a result of editing Skyrim's original female underwear texture and afterwards combining it with some texture elements and the normal map texture from rowanleeves's very good "Retextured female underwear" found here:

Except from the normal map, I also edited the imported texture elements a bit to my liking.
Please make sure to also take a look at rowanleeves's mod. Maybe it suits your taste better than my interpretation, since she took a different approach and provides various versions.
Without the fine elements from her textures I wouldn't have been able to achieve my version. - So the credit goes to rowanleeves! Thank you for your fine work and for allowing to use your textures! :)
Description / Motivation for this mod:
It's a matter of detail.
I just couldn't stand the sight of... deceased female bandits, relieved of their precious armor (because it's a valuable piece of loot, of course) lying around in their undies.
The result is this quick and dirty texture fiddling, altering the female underwear towards an at least in my eyes less obstrusive and just more fitting appearance. Darker, more brownish, leather-like.
This may not be to everyone's liking of course, but I felt the vanilla female underwear is lacking in detail as well as simply not optimal regarding the choice of color. Among other things it was just a tad too bright to fit into the game's setting. At least for my taste.
Installation / Uninstallation:
Just drop / remove the files into / from your Skyrim folder!
Or hand-place / remove the 2 files named "femaleunderwear.dds" and "femaleunderwear_n.dds" to / from your "Skyrim\Data\Textures\actors\character\female" folder.
Enjoy!
