Changes Level up sound to more Fantasy Like.

I didn't like the default leveling sounds so I inserted my own.

Installation
------------

Pick a version you like and Extract the sound folder to your
Data folder of Skyrim for example: C:\Program Files\Skyrim\Data
Overwrite files if asked and enjoy!

All done!


Uninstallation
--------------

Delete the file that was in the Rar.

It is a Sound from Final Fantasy ( Well at least I think...)

The Rar contains 3 Version.

Version 1 22 Seconds - Fanfare 1 from the Chrono Trigger OVA.
Version 1 Short 13 Seconds
Version 2 13 Seconds
Version 3 11 Seconds - Final Fantasy IX Victory Fanafare
