MY FIRST MOD ON THE SKYRIM NEXUS!!!! YAY!!!!!
This mods adds a small tower to an island off the coast of Solitude. This mod can be considered a cheat mod because of the multiple spell tomes and armor/weapons added. Tower includes a few chests, a basement with more chest for storage, a bed, and some new armor and weapons.
Location: Can fast travel with map marker or use the door in the wall to the left of the Sleeping Giant Inn in Riverwood.
Installation Instructions

Place tower.esp into your skyrim data folder.
Uninstallation Instructions

Delete tower.esp from your skyrim mods folder.
Incompatability
===========
None that I know of.
