The mod requires Dawnguard!
The screenshots were taken using Realistic Lighting and Skyrim Plus Visual Enhancement. There is no need for a torch with vanillia lighting, realistic lighting on its own or ENB on its own.
This is a simple home added at Half-Moon.
The home is fully navmeshed and your companions and husband/wife can live there.
In the lair section of the home are thralls for you to feed on like the ones in Castle Volkihar.
