Features:
-----------
Adds the "Boots of Blinding Speed" to the game.
They are located at the end of Bleakfalls Burrow,
near the dungeon's boss fight.

The boots of Blinding Speed where an item originally
in TES: Morrowind, they make the user run faster while
at the same time obstructing their vision.

Additem Code: xx0012c5
(consistantly on my machine, your's may vary)
("xx" is the load order of the mod)

(If code doesn't work, use: help "Boots of Blinding Speed" )

Item can be upgraded at a workbench using:
1 Quicksilver Ingot
1 Daedra Heart
1 Leather


Installation:
--------------
Copy the files to your:

Skyrim/Data

folder, The texture folder will merge with any existing
texture folder, if not it will create a new one.

Once this is done activate the:

BootsBlindingSpeed.esp

Via your prefered method, NMM, Wyre, or the default
Skyrim launcher. from here you should be all set to go.


Compatibility:

This mod should be compatible with just about any
other mod out there, all things added used unique ID's
and did not touch any leveled lists.


Bugs:

Considering the simple nature of this mod, their are no
known bugs, If you do encounter one, feel free to let
me know, but please be nice.
