This is My first Mod that I have done. If you do not like the name I can always change it but it is a little something I put together so of course I am open to advice as long as it is constructive. Tip and Hints always welcomed as well. The one thing I did not feel like doing is putting objects of sorts on the shelves inside the room on the right when you come in. There is a map location on it but it is not fast travel unlocked yet so you need to go there first.. the outside will be deceiving. It is located near the northern path of Riften. " this is a plain house, with the neccessities. Very roomy, out of the way scenic location, And will make an excellent follower base. Can easily have 30 or so followers with plenty of room to spare. The place itself is for a feel of Brotherhood. Companion inspired. The Updated version is the most recent for the time being.
