A simple mod that causes a modified fire rune to stagger and disarm when triggered by a hostile.
Note: For balancing reasons (at least my attempt at balance) this spell only costs half the magicka of a normal fire rune to cast BUT it does zero damage. Good for making an escape or setting up a big shot.
