Doubles Bow Sneak Damage. Choose from a pair of gloves, or add the perk directly to the PC

Adds "Gloves of the Shadow" to the game, which double the sneak attack bonus of bows, from 2 to 4. If you have the deadly aim perk, total is 6x damage. These gloves are available for sale exclusively from Adrianne Avenicci in Whiterun. They are not disenchantable. Even if they were, they would not quadruple the effect. You can test this by adding the perk manually with the instructions below and wear the gloves at the same time.
If you want the benefits of the gloves without having to wear them, then you can use the console to add the perk directly to your character.
Press ~ to open the console
Type: Help Penetrate 0 [enter]
The one that says PERK: (xx000D63), this number is the one you want
Type: player.addperk xx000D63 [enter]
The xx stands for the two first numbers, which will be different for every player.
