This mod will add a new 1-handed mace to the game, there's one problem: It's been long lost.
Find it and gain a powerful weapon against Men, Mer and Automatons alike!

It's a lonesome duty: Watchman. Legend holds that the previous owner of this tool fulfilled this duty out of Reach of Man, who used to skitter around the base of his tower.
They were reckless, and attempted to reach for the wind, until an eerie sight appears: Dwemer centurions, Spheres and spiders.
Alas, history never recorded the ending, but they say the controller the watchman used still rests in that tower, still tempting Man, but also Mer, to reach for the winds and obtain this long lost tool.

Summary:
- A 1-handed mace is added.
- The weapon is pre-enchanted, and cannot be disenchanted.
- The weapon can be improved at a grindingwheel, but that will require the arcane smithing perk.
- A unique mesh, with equally unique effects.
