Here I made my mountains texture mod.

I didn't change the texture resolution nor are those completly new textures. I don't want to destroy the skyrim feeling with textures that don't really fit into the world.

I reworked the diffuse map, its a bit darker now, though really just a bit. Nice side effect you get, is that there is now a bit more snow visible on the mountains. Before some are flaming again, I didn't use any sharp filder or such ;)

Also, I did modify the normal map, it's now stronger and a bit more detailed than before. I mostly made this one for myself but I thought why not share it, maybe some of you will like it as much as I do.

Installation:

To install the main fiel, copy the mountains folder to: skyrim\data\textures\landscape

To install the LOD update, copy the lod folder to: skyrim\data\textures
