This MOD intends to improve daedric artifacts in all ways, though has only started changing the values and enchantments. Just download it and put the plugin in the skyrim data folder. So far I have improved the stats of all of the weapons. The enchantments too. I edited the descriptions, but I am not going to post it here because although the effects are all lore-friendly, I want it to be a bit of a surprise.
