About this mod

Unlike Oblivion, it's impossible to accumulate Shrine Blessings in Skyrim. This Mod allows it and slightly increases the power of certain blessings in order to balance them.
I also took the opportunity to fix the description of Blessing of Talos.

Cumulative Blessings

Version: 1.4
Author: Amras Anárion
Date: 23/01/2017
Category: Magic - Gameplay
Available languages: French and English (Translations are welcome)
Prerequisites : Skyrim + All DLC (optional files are available for these who aren't DLC or only Dawnguard)

Unlike Oblivion, it's impossible to accumulate Shrine Blessings in Skyrim. This Mod allows it and slightly increases the power of certain blessings in order to balance them.
I also took the opportunity to fix the description of Blessing of Talos.

The Aedric and Daedric Blessings can be cumulated with this Mod.
Moreover, the half of blessings have been slightly strengthened to make their influence felt a little better, especially at high level.

– The Blessing of Akatosh increases the Magicka regeneration by 20 % (from 10 %).
– The Blessing of Arkay increases your Health by 30 points (from 25).
– The Blessing of Auriel is unchanged (+10 levels on Archery Skill).
– The Blessing of Azura is unchanged (+10 % Magic Resistance).
– The Blessing of Boethiah is unchanged (+10 levels on One handed skill).
– The Blessing of Dibella is unchanged (+10 levels on Speech Skill).

– The Blessing of Julianos increases your Magicka by 30 points (from 25).
– The Blessing of Kynareth increases your Stamina by 30 points (from 25).
– The Blessing of Mara increases the power of Restoration spells by 15 % (from 10).
- The Blessing of Mephala is unchanged (prices 10 % better).
– The Blessing of Nocturnal is unchanged (+10 levels on Sneak Skill).
– The Blessing of Stendarr reduces damage taken while blocking by 15% (from 10).
- The Blessing of Talos reduces your Thu'um countdown by 30 % (from 20 %). (With the Amulet of Talos, it gives -50 % for Shouts countdown => The most balanced time between Shouts for me.)
– The Blessing of Zenithar is unchanged (prices 10 % better).

To make this Mod more balanced, I also propose shorter durations for the Blessings: 2 hours and 4 hours (real time). Vanilla duration is 8 hours (and 12 hours for Auriel). I also added 100 hours following a special request.

Amulets of the Nine Divines are not affected by this Mod.

Put the *.esp into your data folder and activate it in the Launcher / Mod Manager / plugins.txt.
If you want, alternative duration of blessings are available in a different folder. In any case, install only one *.esp.

Uninstallation: To remove the Mod, simply delete the *.esp.

There are two types of value edited for each blessing of the Gods. The two groups of data are independent.
* Magic Effect (Affects the cumulative status, the animation, and the description on the menu as "Time between Shouts is reduced by 0 / 20 / 30 %".)
* Spell (Affects the duration, the power and the name of blessings.)
- The warning message "Other blessings removed"... is removed. ;)

Any Mod that alters these data will come into conflict with it. In case of duplication, only the parameters of the last loaded Mod will be considered.

Mods that add new Blessings may dispel all other Blessings when one of new shrines is activated. It will be if the added magic effect is labeled with the Keyword "MagicBlessing" and the box "Dispel Effects with these Keywords" ticked.

Known conflicts:

# All mod that edit the magic effect or the spell of the blessings.
# The Mods "One Week Blessings" and "Permanent Blessing" affect the duration of the divine favors. If those Mods are loaded after mine, you will lose the little power-ups on some of my blessings, but they remain cumulative (and will last for a very long time).

Known Issues or Bugs:

# None

Similar Mods recommended:

# Advanced Shrine Blessings (previously Shrine Donations) by jackstarr is fully compatible with mine. A bit like the fame/infamy system in Oblivion, it adds prerequisites to earn the favor of the Gods.

v0.1 (Alpha) Removed the script that displays the message "Other blessings removed", but it didn't affect the source that blocks the accumulation of blessings.
v1.0 First release that works. I found what causes dissipation of the Blessings in Creation Kit. It was enough just uncheck "Dispel Effects with these Keywords" on Magic Effects for each blessing. Nothing more, nothing less.
v1.1 Slightly increases the power of some blessings in order to rebalance them.
v1.2 Fix the description of Blessing of Talos. Also, shorter duration for the Blessings are proposed.
v1.3 Included the Blessing of Auriel and a Mod description on the *.esp header. Dawnguard is required for this version. Otherwise, use the version 1.2.
v1.3.1 Added an optional plug-in of 100 hours following a special request from Despichado. This also applies to version 1.2.1.
v1.4 Portage to Skyrim Special Edition. The blessings that increased a Skill (Speech, Block or Archery) were restored to their vanilla value (bonus deleted).
