Unarmed (Fists with no gauntlets or gloves) damage is set to the max 60. Which seems a bit overpowered at the start unless you are playing with your difficulty set to master.
A couple goodies he gets from the get go thanks to the amazing guide at skyrim.mmo-game.eu/cheats-and-console ~A Spectral steed to call his own and ride to no end for free. ~A permanent Dremora Lord Pet that can be turned on/off by equiping/unequiping the gold neclace in inventory.
To install just drop the file into you skyrim folder, start your game and type "bat monk" into your console without the quotation marks.
