This is a mod that, like the title suggests, allows you to become addicted to Skooma in Skyrim. It also alters Skooma's effects, giving it the "drugged" effect from Sleeping Tree Sap, and giving the player 50% more speed. The effects of withdrawal make it so the player can't regenerate health, stamina, or magicka. The only way to counter these effects is to take more Skooma. In the next update I intend to make an alcohol addiction.
