This is a simple fix for the wine bottle in dragonsreach that does not havock settle right. the bottle and plate under it were left floating slightly above the table, so when it havock settles, the bottle bounces around and falls off the table.
I fixed the bottle by setting it to not havock settle, since that was the only way I could find to keep it on the table.
Manual installation
Extract the esp and drop it in the Skyrim data folder.
NMM installation
Download it to the manager and check the box next to it.
