This is only example of setup ambient properties of weather in Creation Kit for users, who wish to create realistic looking presets. Default Skyrim ambient colors are set wrong and look awful with new effect "sky lighting" (fake ambient occlusion) of ENBSeries, try this weather and feel the difference. Nothing else changed, except ambient and single weather only.
HOW TO USE: In game console (~ key) enter this: fw 81a
And don't forget to open "SkyrimClear" weather type in Creation Kit to see how ambient changed.
